I love getting a pastry from the Meraki Bakehouse when I go to the Lakeland Farmers Market on Saturdays. They have some unique and delicious pastries that never disapoint. My favorites are any of the filled croissants that they make. The one pictured is the Thai tea pastry cream and passion fruit glazed croissant. It was soooo good!
Meraki Bakehouse has the best pastries in Lakeland & the bakers are just as sweet as the cinnamon rolls! Everything is made from scratch & they have something for everyone--sweet, savory, vegan or gluten free.
I thought I’d never find European style baked goods in America till I stumbled upon this place! High quality and great tasting baked good with an artisan flare! I wish there were more stars because I’d put more! Keep it going! Wooh!
Not cheap, but pastries are at another level. Very savory, made from scratch and quality ingredients. You will taste the difference. Recommended lemon cake.
Hands down my absolute favorite bakery! The fact that it is woman owned only makes it cooler. Everything I’ve gotten from Meraki is incredibly delicious and a 10/10 in presentation and taste. Their flavor combinations are always creative and cohesive, and the overall vibe of everyone that works there is immaculate, they are always so friendly and patient even when it’s overwhelmingly busy. I rarely have a Saturday off of work, but when I do, y’all are legitimately the only reason I’ll get up early and come to the farmers market….the pastries are better than sleeping in!!! If you want to try some of the best tasting and beautifully styled pastries do not hesitate to check out Meraki and support some cool humans that have clearly put a lot of love and care into perfecting their craft.
My husband and I look forward to the farmers market every Saturday so we can get some pastries from Meraki. They are truly the best in Lakeland!
First off, I love bakeries and this is by far my absolute favorite I've ever tried since I first went in January of 2023. Waking up early is a chore for me, but I do it most weekends to make it to the market before they sell out. Croissants in any flavor are flakey and delicious.🤤🤤🤤 Sun dried tomato pastries with everything bagel seasoning and cream cheese baked into croissant dough 🤤🤤🤤🤤 their jumbo chocolate chip cookies with salt flakes on top 🤤🤤🤤 as well as all their seasonal treats!!!! I highly recommend keeping an eye on their Instagram for updates about their location, and swinging by the Lakeland Farmers market every Saturday morning to find their stall (after I get mine please don't sell them out before I get there 😭) I take mine home to heat them up in my toaster oven and then peel off the layers and deconstruct them like an operation 😂😂
The pastries and treats from Meraki bakehouse are nothing short of amazing! I first tried some of their delicacies a couple of months ago and brought an extra blueberry muffin for one of my coworkers. This has now turned into a Saturday morning tradition for about 10 to 15 of my coworkers. I’m no longer allowed to come to work Saturdays without first stopping off at the Lakeland farmers market. Here’s a pic of my wagon loaded with some of the best pastries around.
